Get started in minutes

  1. Go to `Grants` in the top nav.
  2. Click `Applications` to see your pipeline.
  3. Click `New Application` to add your first grant.

Core workflows

Find new grant opportunities

  1. Go to `Grants` → `Foundations` (or `Federal Grants`).
  2. Use filters to narrow by focus area, location, and amount.
  3. Open a funder to review fit and past giving.
  4. Click `Track` or `Add to Pipeline` to start an application.

Track an application

  1. Go to `Grants` → `Applications`.
  2. Click `New Application` and enter funder + deadline details.
  3. Move the card across stages as it progresses.
  4. Add tasks and reminders so nothing slips.

Draft a proposal with AI

  1. Open an application and click `AI Grant Writer`.
  2. Provide your mission, project, and funding goal.
  3. Review and edit the draft in the editor.
  4. Save the final draft and attach it to the application.

Stay ahead of deadlines

  1. Open any application and set the `Deadline` date.
  2. Add reminders under `Tasks` or `Reminders`.
