By accessing or using Expirely, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of our grant management platform.

2. Description of Service

Expirely provides grant discovery, application tracking, AI-powered writing assistance, and post-award management tools for nonprofit organizations, schools, and businesses.

3. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees ($49-$199/month) are billed in advance. We offer a 14-day free trial. You may cancel anytime - cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Scrape or redistribute our foundation database
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Interfere with the Service or other users

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Expirely. You retain ownership of your grant proposals and documents. AI-generated content is provided for your review and editing.

7. Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES including lost grants, missed deadlines, data loss, or business interruption. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or pose security risks. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms with notice by email and in-app notification. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
